Client to Server Commands

login - Authenticate against the system.
logout - Log out.
subscribe - Subscribe to changes of a node and its children.
unsubscribe - Remove subscription to a node.
create - Create a node in a parent node.
remove - Remove node.
update - Update node attribute.
move - Move node from one parent to another and/or change ordering.

Server to Client Commands
